1. What is used in this review build?
Cookies and similar technologies include cookies, local storage and comparable browser functions. The current review build does not load Google Analytics 4 or YouTube players. It uses the following first-party local-storage entries:
| Name | Purpose | Category | Duration | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
euorganic-consent | Stores accepted and rejected categories, notice version, decision time and a pseudonymous decision identifier. | Strictly necessary | 6 months | No; required to remember the choice |
euorganic-hide-tractor | Remembers that the visitor asked to hide the optional campaign animation. | Interface preference | Up to 6 months | No; stored only after the visitor’s action |
Hosting or security infrastructure may process request logs without writing a browser cookie. Production infrastructure must be audited again before eu-organic.eu is launched.
2. Consent choices
The consent panel offers equally visible options to Accept All, Reject Optional or Customise. Strictly Necessary storage remains active. Analytics and External Media can be chosen separately and are off by default.
Preferences are stored for six months. Use Cookie Settings in the footer at any time to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal prevents future optional loading controlled by this website; it does not retrospectively delete information already lawfully received by a supplier.
3. Google Analytics 4
GA4 is approved in principle but is not active in this review build. It must not load before analytics consent. Before launch, the project must confirm the measurement ID, Consent Mode behaviour, cookies and other storage, events, withdrawal behaviour, data retention of no more than 14 months, and whether any consent-independent measurement is active.
Planned purposes are traffic measurement, engagement and source analysis, target-market review, KPI monitoring and project reporting evidence. Users, sessions and page views must be reported as distinct metrics.
4. YouTube and external media
YouTube players and remote thumbnails are not loaded in this review build. A future video component must offer “Play this video once” and “Always allow YouTube videos”. Playing once must not create a persistent preference. Persistent permission must remain reversible in Cookie Settings.
Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram widgets are not planned. Ordinary external links may be used.
5. Consent evidence and production CMP
The review build keeps the decision only in the visitor’s browser and therefore does not provide a controller-side consent evidence register. Before production launch, Polska Ekologia must select and verify a CMP capable of recording the decision time, categories, notice version and pseudonymous decision identifier without collecting a name or email solely for consent evidence. Proposed evidence retention is 12 months after expiry or withdrawal, subject to legal review.
