Look beyond the symbol
On an eligible product label, the euro-leaf is accompanied by the code of the responsible control authority or body and an indication of where the agricultural raw materials were farmed.
Why the rules matter
Official colour, proportions, clear space and minimum size protect recognition and prevent misleading presentation. Decorative leaf symbols are not substitutes for the official mark.
