Draft statement: 27 October 2026 · Responsible organisation: Polska Ekologia

1. Current status

This statement is a review draft. The website targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and considers EN 301 549, but full or partial conformance is not yet claimed because an appropriate complete assessment and independent specialist verification have not been completed.

2. Accessibility measures

  • Semantic headings, landmarks and a skip link.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, controls and visible focus.
  • Responsive layouts and support for text resizing.
  • Alternative text for informative images.
  • Language metadata for English, Polish, Romanian, Serbian and Arabic, including right-to-left Arabic layout.
  • Reduced-motion support for animation, including the campaign tractor.
  • Labels, instructions and associated validation messages in the contact-form preview.
  • Consent controls that can be reopened from the footer.

3. Known and potential limitations

  • The legal translations require review by native-language partners.
  • The production contact form, confirmation email, anti-spam service and related error path cannot be assessed until suppliers are configured.
  • Future PDFs and video content require document-specific accessibility checks, captions or transcripts.
  • Interactive certification and quiz components require a separate screen-reader test with representative assistive technologies.
  • Official visual marks have fixed proportions and may be difficult to perceive at very high magnification.
  • An independent accessibility assessment remains outstanding.

4. Request help or an alternative format

If you encounter an accessibility problem or need a text description, accessible document, video transcript or alternative to interactive content, email euorganic@polskaekologia.org.

Accessibility enquiries are handled by the Management Board of Polska Ekologia or an authorised person. We aim to provide an initial response within seven calendar days. Resolution time depends on the issue, and mandatory legal deadlines take precedence.

5. Assessment and review

Accessibility should be reviewed every six months, after significant functional changes and before appropriate new content is published. Records should include the date, scope, problems, corrective actions, evidence and reviewer.

The final approved statement must identify the actual compliance status, assessment method and date, known limitations, contact procedure, alternative access and review date. Polska Ekologia must approve it before publication on eu-organic.eu.
